Thanks for the comment, David. I find most employees want to do a good job, they just don't always know how. I would love to see business leaders adopt a more results focused view of the world of employee engagement and what it can lead to for their organization. Too many leaders aren't effective at making the link between engaged employees and driving business results. I believe they understand it in principle but struggle to actually apply the principle.
